Michael C. Noble, M.D. Sports Medicine Family Practice Dr. Noble joined Southern Orthopedic Specialists, P.A. in mid-July of 2001. | North Carolina-Chapel Hill, going on to graduate from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Noble completed his residency in family practice at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Huntsville. He then completed a one-year fellowship in Sports Medicine at the same location in July of 2001. Dr. Noble practices family medicine and also treats non-operative sports injuries. Board Certification Dr. Noble is board certified by the American Academy of Family Practice for both Sports Medicine and Family Practice.
